Program Overview

Kocaeli Health and Technology University Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department started education in 2001-2002 academic year. The aim of our program, which aims to provide education at international standards; To train physiotherapists who adopt ethical and scientific values, aim for lifelong learning, are researchers and can perform their profession in the best way. The training program consists of theoretical courses and applied courses in which theoretical knowledge is supported by clinical studies. In addition to the second and third year clinical summer internships, practical training is carried out at external centers contracted with our university within the scope of the final year clinical practice course. In the program, there are at least 30 ECTS and at least 240 ECTS courses in each semester, including compulsory and elective courses.
